Asalamo Alikom Parents, September is here!! Welcome back to ICB Sunday school. I hope that you had a great summer and that the kids are ready for school. We 're going to have a lot of fun learning Arabic Insha Allah. I can't wait for next Sunday to meet my new students again. last time the students told me about how they spent Summer. Some of them went to other states. Some visited other countries and some stayed in Boston. But one of my students spent most of his Summer in the Airplane!! because he told me he went to his parents country first. Then he went to another country . After that he went back to his parents country again!!Then he went back to that country again!! all Summer going back and forth from his parents original country to the other country so he spent most of his Summer at the Airplane witch I think is an awesome way to spend the Summer!! Furthermore we talked about Arabic and why they should learn Arabic. Some said because they wanted to understand what their parents are saying. Some said they wanted to be able to speak Arabic with Arabic speakers, and some don't want to learn Arabic no matter what!!! We really had a great time tolking and knowing each other so as I said I can't wait to meet your kids again this coming Sunday09/18/11. |
